Our client urgently seeks an experienced Bartender with Mixology experience for a private residents bar / restaurant based in SW London.
Details are as follows:
- Working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (10.30am to 10.30pm)
- Permanently employed with a salary up to £33k + benefits
- Serving drinks and mixing cocktails from a set menu as well as to customer request
- Building friendly relationships with guests and providing a first class experience
- Preparing and keeping the bar well stocked at all times whilst keeping management informed of low stock levels
- Keeping the bar and general areas clean and tidy
- Complying with licensing law (age verification etc.)
- Maintaining a smart professional appearance
- General bar duties as required
The successful Bartender / Mixologist can expect a starting salary up to £33k plus generous paid holiday entitlement and benefits.
