Bar Supervisor (Albert & Co Frankville)

We are excited to be recruiting for a Bar Supervisor to join our Shrewsbury cocktail bar. This vibrant venue requires a creative individual with a good knowledge of cocktails and a keen interest in live music as well as the enthusiasm to deliver a first-class experience and a keen eye for presentation.

This position is perfect for either an existing supervisor, with cocktail experience, looking for an exciting new venture, or an experienced cocktail bartender looking to step up to the next level.

The successful candidate will assist the operational running of the bar and ensure that staff are fulfilling their duties to the best of their ability:

• To provide excellent customer service
• To maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
• Ensure high standards and efficiency of work
• Maintain strict stock and financial control
• Maintain a fun, safe atmosphere for all
• Lead by example to ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered by the team at all times

Future progression is also possible for the right individuals that show passion and dedication.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a Bar Supervisor (preferred)
• Have experience in cocktail bartending
• Passion for hospitality, creating a fun working environment for team members and guests
• A fun-loving personality but with an eye for detail
• Legally able to work in the UK and must be over 18 years of age
• Available for both day and night shifts, with most hours being focused around evenings and weekends.
• Confident and outgoing
• Able to remain calm in a busy environment
• A love of all things cocktail, and for delivering fantastic customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.85 per hour
