We are searching for an enthusiastic cocktail bartender, responsible for delivering a high quality and engaging experience to our guests.
Full cocktail and spirit training will be given, along with regular training days to encourage development.
You must have:
- Experience of working in with cocktails and memorising spec sheets
- Cocktail knowledge i.e, familiar with various bar tools and service styles.
- A positive attitude, working well in a fast paced environment & enjoy customer interactions.
- A commitment to delivering a great customer experience and have excellent attention to detail even when under pressure.
- Passion and a hunger to learn and expand drink knowledge.
Hours: Part time hours available (c. 15-25 hrs) along with full time hours 33 - 45hrs (4 days a week).
