Do you want to be part of an exciting and enthusiastic team of individuals that are the driving force behind the incredible match days at Edgbaston Cricket Stadium?
This role will put you right in the heart of a match day and the exhilarating atmosphere of a stadium, whilst allowing you the flexibility to work around your schedule.
The Role:
We are looking for experienced, passionate, and committed Retail Team Leaders to lead teams and deliver a service to 25,000 cricket fans on match days. You must be able to interact effectively with customers whilst managing your team in order for them to excel in their role and deliver a high level of service to our customers. You will be expected to ensure your bar is fully stocked and set with the necessary equipment and stock in a timely manner prior to service, You will lead briefings for each shift, prepare your team for the day ahead and inspire them to be pro-active and enthusiastic in their role.

Pay Rate:
£12.95 hourly + holiday pay.
Paid weekly.
