Our customers will expect to join us for exceptional service, a wide curated selection of drinks, and delicious pub-classic food and a variety of sharer dishes as we build upon Nottingham's bustling City Centre pub scene.

The Roundhouse Bar & Kitchen is seeking passionate and customer-oriented bar floor staff members to join our team as we build an exceptional hospitality experience. We value enthusiasm, a love for hospitality, and a customer-first attitude over raw skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, ensuring exceptional service at all times - this is an absolute must.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and spirits, adhering to our high-quality standards.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating the cash register and handling customer payments.
• Contribute to the establishment of efficient bar processes and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and bar floor.
• Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment and training record.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Prior experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not essential. We value personality and willingness to learn over previous experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £10.55-£11.55 per hour
