Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Barista on a casual/bank basis at our day centre in Southeast London.
Shift patterns are between Monday - Saturday; 08:00-19:00.
A bit about the role:
As a Barista, you will provide a high quality and responsive coffee bar retail service, ensuring the effective delivery of this service to all centre users, visitors and employees.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
Receive and process customer payments.
Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.
Maintain a clean and organised coffee bar area and sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment along with seating areas.
Promote a positive health and safety culture, in accordance with Peabody Health and Safety policies and procedures.
You may be required to undertake specific Health and Safety roles such as Fire Warden or First Aider as part of your duties.
