•Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and alcoholic beverages
•Maintain a clean and organised bar area, cleanliness of utensils and equipment ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests
•Preparing and serving catered breakfast and lunch options
•Monitor food quality and beverage presentations, and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
•Support with the management and running of on-site community events
•Offering table service for order taking
•Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
•Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies ensuring inventory is maintained
•Receiving and processing customer payments
•Cleaning service and seating areas
•Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
