We are looking for someone who can commit to Part-Time, across a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week. Being flexible would be a great plus!
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. At InterContinental, we pride ourselves in maintaining service of the highest standards, intertwined with local culture wisdom and international know-how.
We are paying £12.10 per hour plus service charge, all overtime is paid for.
As a Barista, your main duties and responsibilities will be ensuring high quality guest experience through the making of a wide range of Coffees and hot drinks, interacting with our guests and assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service! We aim to make international travel more alluring by offering a ‘Slice of the InterContinental Life’, providing a sophisticated and cosmopolitan stay for our guests. To be part of our charismatic team…the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are:
- Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar, Cafe or Hotel as a Barista or Coffee Maker
- Knowledge of making various coffees and working with different dietary requirements and preferences
- Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are having a uniquely personal experience!
- Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
