Barista/Bakery Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced barista to help continue the efficient running of our front of house area. We are an innovative and leading artisan bakery in Inverness. At The Bakery, we take pride in our specialisation in sourdough, offering a unique and much-loved range of bread and pastries. We cater to a wide range of tastes, blending modern and traditional baking techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages alongside our renowned sourdough bread and pastries.
• Assist customers in making informed choices from our diverse bakery offerings.
• Fulfill customer orders, including preparing sandwiches on demand.

Working Hours: The typical (max 8 hour shifts) hours are between 6.30AM to 4:00 PM. Mon -Sat. Flexibility in shift hours is important to accommodate the needs of our customers. Sundays OFF
