My client, a well-established, award-winning law firm, are recruiting for a Barrister / Solicitor Advocate, a Clinical Negligence Lawyer and an Employers Liability Lawyer to join their Manchester office. They are in the Top 200 UK Law firms and are a Legal 500 Recognised Leading Firm.
They are looking for a talented Barrister or Solicitor-Advocate from either a chambers/employed bar background or civil litigation background to join the advocacy team in an employed inhouse capacity. Personal injury experience is preferred but we are happy to talk to anyone with a wider litigation experience.
Due to growth and expansion they are also looking for an additional fee earner to join their Clinical Negligence team, the role offers genuine progression opportunities and ideally, they would like to recruit an individual who wants to develop their career and strive towards Associate Status, in the future. Ideally 1 to 5 years PQE/ Cilex or alternatively, qualified by experience. Tenacity, ability and enthusiasm are key skills in helping to get the best results for clients.
They are also looking for a Lawyer to join their Employers Liability department. They would expect the successful candidates to be qualified or alternatively qualified by experience. The role will be to manage your own caseload of predominately pre and post issue fast track employer’s liability cases.
Finally, they are looking for a Compliance Executive to join the Claimant Personal Injury team. This role would suit an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner who is looking to step away from a file-handling role and get more involved with file audits and quality control.
