Our aim is to be one of the must visit places to eat on the Island, Alex our Head Chef has worked alongside Michel Roux jr at many prestigious events, including last February where Michel created a bespoke menu for The Heron and cooked for our guests.
We are looking for a professional, high-energy Bartender / Mixologist with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages, to create memorable dining experience for our customers, we would like someone to grow with us, be part of our work family and share in our success.
