We are looking for a Bartender who can work 2 to 3 shifts per week (20 hours), including weekends. In addition to your hourly rate, service charge will be paid on a monthly basis through our Tronc scheme.
Our Bartenders form a central role to the Front of House operations, you will be ensuring high quality guest experience through the creation of unique and exciting cocktails, interacting with our guests to share your knowledge of various Beers, Wines and Spirits. You will also be assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service!
As a Bartender at the iconic Beefbar, you will receive:
- £12.10 per hour (£25,168.00 per annum FTE), plus paid overtime and monthly service charge!
- 28 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, this increases up to a maximum of 33 days (pro rata)

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working within a High-end Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Bartender or Mixologist
- Knowledge of Wines, Beers, Spirits and Cocktails – excited by being creative and sharing your skills with others
- Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are getting a uniquely personal experience!
- A personal license (highly beneficial)
- Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
