Big Easy Covent Garden serves up the same Bar.B.Q-inspired home cooking, fresh East Coast lobster and live music as our original restaurant, but with a lot more room for celebrating. An easy-going local favourite, bringing the American Gulf coast to one of Londons most famous locations in the heart of the theatre district.
Our Covent Garden restaurant celebrates the buildings unique industrial heritage it once powered Covent Gardens electricity in 1887 and provided the first electric lights in Victorian theatre land. Skilfully fitted out using the massive steel beams that once supported the giant generators, Covent Garden is a true one-off. Weve even dubbed the nine-metre long display kitchen the wall of fire. Our jaw dropping 9 metre bar is the perfect backdrop to create a dreamy drink list. We still feature our famous frozen cocktail machines but also offer boozy juices, grown-up milkshakes and classic cocktails on tap, not to mention craft beers and our own Big Easy Brew. For a cosy evening, our Shelter Bar is an intimate space for catching up with old friends over an expertly-crafted cocktail (or two).

We are excited to announce an opening for the positions of Bartenders and Head Bartender at our Big Easy Restaurant in Covent Garden. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, in accordance with established recipes and standards. 2. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a fun, positive and enjoyable atmosphere. 3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies. 4. Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service. 5. Monitor and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a bartender in a reputable establishment. 2. Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes. 3. Strong customer service and communication skills. 4. Sense of urgency and the ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a calm demeanour. 5. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
