This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and Adroit team player with some trades experience to join a growing company with an outstanding reputation for quality and service. Simply put - we fit amazing bathrooms - and enjoy training others too!

The Role: To use your existing skills and, learn new ones, to install products and create completed rooms to our exceptional standards and provide customers with a satisfying experience of using The Adroit Services Partnership for their project(s). Working around the Aylesbury area (including Thame, Haddenham, Risborough, Wendover, Amersham, Chesham, Tring & villages), you will work with our skilled installers taking instruction directly, working autonomously and/or working with others in the business in a professional and respectful way.

• Working with your team to complete the project within the allotted time frame & with a top quality Adroit finish.
• Removing/demolishing existing products/services/wall & floor coverings as needed.
• Competently completing some of the following tasks, in a timely manner at an acceptable work rate; plastering, decorating, basic joinery, stud wall creation, dry lining, tiling and plumbing (potable/waste/soil) and a willingness to develop missing/weaker skills with the support of our senior installers and installations manager.
• Maintaining a safe, secure, clean, tidy, and healthy environment and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company health & safety policy.
• Contributing to and driving the team effort and, being presentable whilst representing our brand- raising any concerns of workmanship or product issues with co-workers as required.
• Being polite and professional at all times, maintaining excellent timekeeping and attendance records with a flexible approach to support the business needs.

About you:

• You will have relevant hands-on experience in some of the trades listed above and, a desire to learn new skills - for which you will be rewarded.
• You will show a good work ethic, working as part of a team alongside enthusiastic and motivated colleagues.
• You believe 'that'll do' will never do and will enjoy presenting your finished work to the customer.
• You are a good communicator and have an eye for detail, being self-critical to improve.
• You will have a full clean UK driving license.
• You may have your own transport (but we do provide vehicles).
• You may be a skilled self-employed sole trader, perhaps with tools and a van, who no longer wants all the admin and quoting clogging up your evenings and weekends - allowing you to enjoy your trade without the pressures of running your own business and value the security of a PAYE position.
