As a Battery Engineering Manager you will:
* Utilise your deep technical knowledge in battery systems, covering design, manufacturing, management, integration, and certification.
* Lead your team through complex issues to ensure project excellence.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
* Work seamlessly with other team leads and department heads to achieve outstanding results.
* Provide daily guidance, constructive feedback, and personalised coaching to support your team's professional growth.
We are looking for:
* Proven experience delivering novel Battery systems for vehicle application from early concept phase through to series production (Aerospace experience considered a bonus)
* Familiar with battery certification standards and guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
* Ability to prioritise and organise multi-faceted schedules to ensure appropriate delivery of workload
* Skilled in diagnosing and resolving intricate technical issues with innovative solutions.
* Comfortable managing and inspiring teams with various skillsets and personalities
