Bauherrenvertreter Development & Construction w/m/d

• Entwicklung und Realisierung von qualitativ hochstehenden Bauvorhaben (Neu-, Umbau- und Sanierungsprojekte)

• Aufsetzen und Führen der Projektorganisation unter Einbezug der verschiedenen internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen 

• Entwicklung von Strategien für Liegenschaften zur nachhaltigen Substanzerhaltung und Investitions- / Ertragsoptimierung für das zugewiesene Immobilien Portfolio  

• Bauherrenvertretung / Projektleiter Bauherr gegenüber Planern, Unternehmern / Generalunternehmern und Behörden

• Bautreuhänder: Führung, Auftragsvergabe und Überwachung der Termine, Kosten und Qualität

• Als Gesamtprojektleiter Management von Projekten während der Vorbereitung und Ausführung

• Analysen von Kaufangeboten (Grundstücke und Gebäude) hinsichtlich ertragswirksamen Flächenpotenzial und Investitionsbedarf

• Abgeschlossenes Architektur- oder Bauingenieurstudium (Hochbau) 

• Ergänzende Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder Real Estate

• Erfahrung in der wirtschaftlichen und technischen Konzeption von Projektentwicklungen

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Leiten von Projektentwicklungen und Bauprojekten

• Strategisches, vernetztes und analytisches Denken

• Strukturierte, effiziente und selbständige Arbeitsweise 

• Sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und Qualitätsbewusstsein

• Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz 

• Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeit

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französische Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
