My client are a well established freight forwarder looking for a dynamic and experience Business Development Manager to join their niche department and help grow their business further within the fashion industry.
Daily duties will include:
- Identify and target potential clients in the fashion industry including brands, retailers and ecommerce business
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while seeking new business opportunities
- Contributing to overall success of the business
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Experience needed:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years experience in business development in the logistics and fashion industry
- Strong network and existing relationships within the fashion logistics sector
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM
