Beautician/Receptionist

We're a salon in North London offering a variety of massage services and we are looking to expand our venue in beauty services including waxing, threading, facial and massages. We are looking for a full-time or part-time beauty professional/receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in beauty treatments/ reception job as well as have some knowledge in massages.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and wants to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Good telephone communication etiquette.
• Organized, communicates well, and practices excellent time management skills.
• Customer-focused.
• Actively provide consultation on products and services to ensure clients are comfortable with the best possible experience.
• Assist with other marketing campaigns as needed; provide support as needed to other departments as needed within the salon or company (example: customer service representative, store manager, owner.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in beauty sales or related field preferred but not required. Must have certificate in beauty L2 or equivalent.
• Ability to build rapport with clients. Understanding of the needs of each client.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other staff members and management team members. Must be able to communicate both verbally and written. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are looking for someone who is SERIOUS about this position and someone she is within 3 miles from the salon. This role is for females applicants only.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
