Responsibilities
• Empowering customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves• Combining expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge• Building lasting emotional connections with customers• Adapting style to suit the needs of customers• Achieving and exceeding KPI's• Building solid relationships with team members and management• Championing world-class artistry and providing impeccable customer experience• Following company grooming standards• Providing on-the-job training• Disrupting processes in a positive way
Requirements
• Working at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's• Strong teamwork skills• NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy preferably• Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment• Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand• Experience in applying makeup and adapting style to different customers• Knowledge of company grooming standards
