Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio. The Studio Manager will be responsible for managing the sales, administrative, and team management aspects of the studio. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the studio and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of sales, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth
- Oversee the administrative tasks of the studio, such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Provide leadership and guidance to the studio team, ensuring they are motivated and working efficiently
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of activities
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Skills:
- Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience in team management, including supervising and training staff members
- Retail management experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-functioning studio
