Form of workWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced beauty therapist to join our team as a Level 3 and 4 Beauty Therapy Assessor in Laser. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners in their journey towards achieving
their Level 3 and 4 Beauty Therapy qualifications with an emphasis on laser treatments. This role is based in a East London.Key Responsibilities:Assessing learners’ competence in laser and intense pulsed light skin rejuvenation treatments.Providing constructive feedback to learners to support their development.Supporting learners in the development of their knowledge and practical competence in laser and intense pulsed light skin rejuvenation treatments.Ensuring that all assessments are carried out in accordance with the relevant awarding body’s requirements.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of learners’ progress.Providing guidance and support to learners throughout their learning journey.Requirements:A Level 4 Laser and IPL qualification.A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or CIBTAC Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of Cosmetic Practice and/or be working in the beauty/aesthetics industry, be a nurse, doctor, or other healthcare.A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Beauty Therapy industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<...
