We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join my secondary school partner based in Batley. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to individuals in need, promoting positive behaviour and facilitating personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behaviour support plans tailored to individual needs.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for individuals facing behavioural challenges.
- Assist in the development and implementation of therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate with other team members, families, and professionals to create a holistic support system.
- Document and communicate observations, progress, and challenges effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care or a related field.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
