We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join my secondary school partner based in Batley. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to individuals in need, promoting positive behaviour and facilitating personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behaviour support plans tailored to individual needs.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for individuals facing behavioural challenges.
• Assist in the development and implementation of therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with other team members, families, and professionals to create a holistic support system.
• Document and communicate observations, progress, and challenges effectively.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care or a related field.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
