The successful Behavioural Mentor will be responsible for managing the behaviour, attendance, and support for students across the school.
As a Behaviour Mentor you will need to ensure that students’ attendance, behaviour, and attitudes are monitored and supported, to ensure academic progress is met whilst lessons run smoothly, and the harmony of the school is kept in place.
It would be ideal if the Behaviour Mentor has experience in safeguarding, mentoring, counselling or SEMH -or who has previously worked as a Behaviour Mentor & can build trusting relationships.
