As a Behavior Specialist Teacher you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Your expertise in behavior management and intervention strategies will contribute to the overall well-being of the schools students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective behavior management plans.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a supportive network for students.

• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop appropriate interventions.

• Provide training and support to colleagues on behavior management strategies.

• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.

Requirements:

• UK recognised teacher qualification

• Proven experience as a Behavior Specialist or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
