The School and Role
An Alternative Provision school based in Bournemouth are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to start as soon as possible. The school caters for secondary age pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as challenging behaviour. Your daily routine will involve continuously adapting and working alongside pupils to make their time in school as beneficial and productive as possible. Your main objective will be to support these pupils with this, as well as making sure they are not displaying any triggers or any signs of unease.
Requirements
The desired Behaviour Support Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
