We are recruiting for resilient, strong and passionate adults to join a large team of educators to support children in mainstream settings with special educational, social emotion mental health and behavioural needs.
These roles may be suitable for people with previous military or forces experience, support workers, sports coaches or anyone with personal experience supporting challenging behaviour or additional needs. You will be working with challenging children who may be runners, climbers or who may be physical or sometimes violent. Despite the challenges of the role, you will play a huge part in these children's education and there will be exceptionally rewarding moments when you feel you're really making a difference and making progress. You will be supported by a fantastic and highly experienced team of professionals including teachers, TAs and senior leadership and will be welcomed into the school communities with open arms.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, term time only (195 days per year) 8:30am to 3:15pm.
You will be paid up to £13 per hour dependant on experience and the requirements of the role and payroll will run weekly. These roles will begin on an agency contract but will likely lead to permanent or long-term contracts for the right people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
