About the role - Behaviour Teaching assistant - Bromley

It is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working with challenging behaviour or special educational needs. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will provide students with a variety of support in the classroom. They can be done one-on-one or in small groups. It is your responsibility to assist them with their academic studies in order to keep them interested in their studies. In addition to helping them with their academic studies, you will also be expected to assist them with their challenging behaviour. These students may have mental health issues, challenging behaviour, Asperger's Syndrome, or ADHD. As a result, being able to think on your feet quickly is crucial in the event of a conflict between the students.
