Keep Keen Controls specialise in the supply, installation, and maintenance of building energy management systems. We are based in Leeds and work throughout the UK.
Due to planned expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced project / Design Engineer with experience of managing BMS / BEMS projects from £10k to £200k in value.
Predominantly office based with occasional travel.
We would be looking for an individual with the following attributes: -
- Educated to a minimum HNC (or equivalent) in an engineering subject.
- Clean driving licence.
- Current CSCS skill card.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- In depth knowledge of control panel design.
- Experience of Niagara N4, EasyIO or Priva BMS systems. (Training can be provided.)
- Ability to manage suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Ability to produce functional design system descriptions.
- Ability to produce IO point schedules, equipment schedules etc.
- Ability to produce O&M manuals.
- Able to network and build relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
- A team player who enjoys a collaborative working environment.
- Must be resilient, dynamic, driven, enthusiastic and personable.
