Quest Employment are recruiting on behalf of our great client company based in NN5 Northampton, specializing in bespoke carpentry and joinery projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our team. This is a full-time position offering Monday to Friday work hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with plenty of overtime opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize your Bench Joinery expertise to construct and assemble custom-made furniture, cabinetry, and other wooden structures according to specifications.

· Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately plan and execute carpentry projects.

· Measure, cut, shape, and join materials using hand tools and power tools.

· Install fixtures, fittings, and hardware as required.

· Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Carpenter, specifically in Bench Joinery.

· Proficient in using a wide range of hand tools and power tools.

· Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

· Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

· Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods.

· Time management skills to meet project deadlines.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Valid driving license preferred but not essential.
