Randstad C&P are working alongside an established and trusted facilities management company to onbaord a Benefits Administrator to their HR Team. As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees receive the best possible support.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This role offers a hybrid working scheme of 2 days from the office and 3 days from home and this will be Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of benefit-related paperwork.
- Collaborate with external vendors to resolve benefit-related issues and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and communication of benefit policies and programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in benefits administration or a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
