Benefits Specialist

Frazer Jones is delighted to be working with a FTSE 100 company in Bristol to help them recruit a Benefits Specialist for their Reward function.
This is a newly created position due to growth and will take responsibility for all things benefits! You will be joining a highly successful Reward team who are driven to deliver excellence. As the Benefits Specialist you will report into the Reward Manager and focus on building and maintaining an attractive benefits offering that will motivate and engage employees. You will recommend new benefits and enhancements to existing ones to ensure they are competitive and attractive to employees.
In this role you will prepare employee communication and support benefits renewals and benefit enrollment windows whilst maintaining the flexible benefits platform. Communication is key, you will be expected to support the annual benefit communications calendar to drive employee awareness of the benefits offering, ensure content is up to date and relevant for the business. You will liaise with 3rd party suppliers', ensuring you are up to date with market developments and emerging trends within reward. Data and reporting are pivotal in this position, identifying tends, analyzing information allowing effective decision making.
To be successful in this position you will have proven experience of working within an employee benefits role which includes flexible benefits. You will be confident in using and managing a benefits platform as well as being highly proficient in excel, word and PowerPoint. You should have excellent attention to detail skills along with the ability to effectively communicate across the entire organization. You will be excellent at problem solving, enjoy liaising with 3rd party suppliers to ensure the most competitive and relevant benefits are available to the work force.
