Operations/Beverage Manager

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum

Location: New York, NY

A distinguished dining establishment in New York City is in search of a Beverage/Operations Manager to lead beverage initiatives and manage daily operations seamlessly.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a renowned team committed to delivering excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities: 

• Overseeing the beverage program, including curating wine, beer, and cocktail selections, ensuring a diverse and high-quality offering
• Managing inventory, ordering, and stocking of beverages and supplies to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste
• Developing and implementing cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
• Analyzing sales data, trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and continuously improvement

Ideal Operations/Beverage Manager:

• Experience as a Beverage or Operations Manager a must
• A strong understanding of operations, forecasting and budgets
• Restaurant opening experience is an asset
• A high level of customer service
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
• Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
