Job description
The post-holder will assist the Service Manager in the development, co-ordination and delivery of high quality services, with a primary focus on ensuring robust processes are implemented and managed to improve access for patients across the elective patient pathway across all General Surgical specialities.The post holder will liaise closely with the clinical teams to maximise utilisation of capacity, and promote continuity and co-ordination of all services. To achieve this, the post holder will play an integral role in the delivery of various projects to deliver service improvement across elective patient pathways..

University Degree or a recognised professional qualification or equivalent AND 2 years experience in a middle management role or equivalent. OR3 years experience in a middle management role or equivalent At least one years experience working in a planning / co-ordination role with demonstrable relationship and organisational skills.
