This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing music business who are seeking a
talented Bil-lingual Customer Service Advisor who is fluent written and spoken in one or more of the following languages Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Dutch. Candidates need to live in a commutable distance of York, occasional weekend work, with time off in lieu.
This role would suit a candidate with a genuine interest in the music industry, or a diverse background or any knowledge of musical instruments and/or products, or it could be you are enjoy playing any instrument or just enjoy being a music in general.
As a Bi-lingual Customer professional, you will be committed to providing a first-class advice and Customer Service and have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a confident clear telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Candidate Skills & Duties
- You will be responsible for providing an excellent Customer Service answering inbound calls, managing emails from customers, and providing them with friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments & equipment.
- Have good MS Office Skills along with excellent communication skills
- Providing customers with friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments and related products
- Resolve challenging customer enquiries and escalating where appropriate
- Becoming a valued member of our specialist Customer Service team
