The Bid Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial Bid Management team throughout the entire process of qualifying, scoping and bidding for new Executive Education opportunities. This position involves coordinating and preparing detailed business proposals by collating and organising various inputs from internal and external stakeholders. The Bid Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timely submission of these proposals. Key responsibilities: Produce proposal support documentation, including acknowledgment and circulation of proposal invitations. Retrieve supporting information from online sources and monitor the progress of bids and proposals. Assist in submitting clarification and project scoping questions, proposals and supporting documents via online services. Ensure all bids enhance the school's reputation and align with its strategy, corporate values and distinctive client experience. Track and record new business opportunities through Salesforce, the school’s CRM system. You should possess experience in clerical and administrative tasks within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Strong document and file management skills, showcasing organisational prowess, are crucial. You must have the right to work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.
