As a Bids Manager, you'll contribute to the firm's growth strategy by managing private and public sector bids across various sectors. Collaborate with partners and sector teams to create compelling, benefits-led bids. Reporting to the Head of Bids, you'll work with a team of Bid Managers and Bid Executives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop a deep understanding of our clients sector offering.
• Manage bid processes, from scoping to submission.
• Collaborate with partners and experts to develop winning strategies.
• Write compelling bid copy aligned with our value proposition.
• Project manage bids from opportunity assessment to submission.
• Work with Commercial Business Partners on pricing strategy.
• Maintain and update the content management system.
• Prepare and coach bid teams for client presentations.
• Manage continuous improvement of bid production processes.

What you'll need to apply

• Previous experience within Bid.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and strong spelling and grammar.
• Solid technical/IT understanding.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment is advantageous.
