Bid Manager / Writer

Job Description

A major talent solutions organisation is seeking a Bid Writer / Manager to manage bids / proposals, write bespoke content, and drive improvement in the organisation’s win rate. This is a crucial role for the business and requires strong bid management and proposal writing skills.

Core Responsibilities:
• Managing and writing bids / proposals, focusing on consulting opportunities (Public and private sector) – and higher value, more complex larger value proposals for the organisation
• Involved with growth and sales strategies for consulting opportunities
• Leading the end-to-end bid and proposal, creating impactful and high professional winning proposals
• Responsible for managing and improving success and win ratios for major proposals.
• Commercialising the end-to-end Bids & Proposals process alongside the current team

Required Skills / Experience
• Exceptional professional bid writing and proposal creation skills.
• It is essential that candidates have good experience writing bids and proposals within the consulting industry as this will be a core component of this role
• Ability to manage bids from start to finish
