The Bid Writer / Manager role involves managing end-to-end bid processes, attending strategy meetings, scheduling, information gathering, and writing - with a mix of single and second-stage tenders.
The Bid Manager / Writer will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with bid teams to define project objectives.
- Establishing and overseeing a network of subject matter experts.
- Creating compelling written content.
- Revising and refining proposal responses from various contributors.
- Conducting meetings and interviews with key stakeholders to gather content for proposals.
Required skills and experience:
- As Bid Manager, a degree in English / Journalism or Creative related subject is desirable.
- Ability to coordinate with colleagues and work to deadlines
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and meeting demanding deadlines
- Dedication to enhancing the quality of the company's output through ongoing improvement efforts
