Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 depending on experience

Bid Writer The Role:

This position will focus primarily on bid writing, and on developing the skills needed to produce exceptional written content for our clients. That means going through our intensive 3MindWriting training programme, and then shadowing live projects for our clients to discover why we win more than four of five of the bids we write.

Hybrid role - initially, we will be training in the office but once trained, the candidate will be able to choose whether to work at home or in our office. One day a month is a whole team office-based meeting at our registered office at Pera Business Park, Nottingham Road, Melton Road LE13 0PB.

Bid Writer Key Responsibilities:

- To research background information for each company and opportunity we work on

- To write high quality responses based on information from the client and research

- To support team members to produce compelling propositions and reports

- To work closely with our clients to identify relevant opportunities, innovations, and best practice to improve their company practices
