We are a household name within the industry and are currently seeking a Bid Writer for our Commercial Division based in London. This role would suit someone who has knowledge within the Healthcare Recruitment or Insourcing sector.

The Role

As a Bid Writer, you will support the Bid Team with the end to end process, creating high quality content and contribute to business growth. You will be writing bids and translating complex issues and solutions into our clients’ language, as well as reviewing and editing previously written content. You will be working with other bid team members to provide written bid responses in line with both internal and external deadlines.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Responding to external client requests for information, tenders, proposals and quotations, within stated deadlines and to the high level of quality expected by the group
• Researching and capturing information from numerous sources to structure responses
• Contributing to kick off meetings
• Writing bids and translating complex issues and solutions back into the client’s language
• Gathering and coordinating bid information from internal stakeholders
• Managing internal client's expectations and stakeholders
• Assisting with team reporting requirements and maintaining strong personal admin/organisation
• Ensuring tenders are fully compliant with the client's requirements
• Helping maintain central library of content and templates

This is a hybrid-based role, with an expectation of working within the office 2 days per week based in the City by Liverpool Street Station
