What is the day to day of the role :
- Handling incoming enquiries in Dutch export customers via telephone/email
- Support with export markets including creation of order acknowledgements and relevant export paperwork
- Liaising with freight partners and handling relevant documentation including export paperwork
- Manage special order requests and raw materials
- Assist customers with new orders
- Maintain regular communication internally and externally
- Work on projects as per business requirements
Required skills:
- At least 2 years in an office based customer Service role
- Dutch speaking (fluent business)
- Good IT skills MS Office
- Strong communication skills
