Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking an experienced Billing Analyst with a background in the energy sector for our esteemed client. Key Responsibilities:
- Billing Management: Ensure accurate and timely preparation and distribution of energy bills to clients.
- Data Analysis: Analyse billing data to identify discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of charges.
- Client Support: Provide support to clients regarding billing inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the billing process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on billing activities and discrepancies for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Criteria:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Billing Analyst in the energy sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software and data analysis tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing billing information.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
