Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an experienced and committed Billing Supervisor to join one of our prestigious, International Law Firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. Our clients Finance and Billing Functions strive to provide outstanding service to the firm's partners, clients and others within the firm. The Billing Supervisor will be an integral part of the international billing team as well as being responsible for a range of key finance projects.
The general duties of the Billing Supervisor include:
Producing pre-bills for London and other offices when required at the beginning of each month and upon request.Reviewing and editing pre-bills in response to partner requests.Ensuring all billing is completed in an accurate and timely manner.Responding promptly to all billing related queries.Meet with partners to discuss billing related queries when required.Following up with partners, lawyers and secretaries to ensure invoices have been sent to the client.Production and accurate submission of invoices that are e-billed, liaising with and dealing with any queries from the e-billing team.Supervising, training, motivating and leading the billing team.Working closely alongside the firms Finance Manager.Independently and proactively assess the billing team's procedures to identify strategies for improvement.
