As their team continues to grow rapidly, the firm now have an opportunity available for a skilled BIM Manager to join them in Dublin.

Your New Role

As the BIM Manager, your role will include:

• Manage a team on both large and small BIM projects.
• Leading BIM Co-Ordination projects.
• Advising clients on implementing BIM on projects.
• Preparation of BIM documents for clients projects.
• Creation of 3D models in various industries (Data Centre, Pharama).
• Creating 3D models from point clouds.
• Provide technical support and assistance to BIM Co-Ordinators/Engineers
• Assisting Senior management with R&D into new innovative digital technologies within the AECO sector.
• Assisting Senior management with expansion of BIM and other Digital Engineering services internationally.
• Willing to travel to site meetings when required.

Do You Fit the Bill?

To be considered, we are looking for candidates with the following:

• Degree in Architectural technology/BIM or similar construction/engineering qualification
• Minimum 4 years experience in BIM Lead / Manager positions, overseeing a BIM team on various projects. (Data Centre and Pharmaceutical being Ideal).
• High level of experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Experience working on BIM Level 2 projects for multiple disciplines, highly beneficial.
• Ideally have experience with 4D Software.
