BIM Recruiter are very excited to be working with a Tier 1 Electronic Security Engineering firm, on the search for a skilled MEP BIM Modellerto join them in London.

This is a major firm, delivering Security Engineering solutions to blue chip clients on Data Centre, Pharmacuetical, Industrial, Commmercial and healthcare projects, across Ireland, the UK and the wider European market.

Your New Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining Revit models,
drawings, and other related documents.

• Creating, Maintaining, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency of Revit models, drawings, and other related documents. 
• Assist in the development of Revit standards and best practices.
• Troubleshooting any issues with Revit models.
• Providing technical support to other team members.
• Making basic updates to family objects.
• Producing 2D sheets, working with views, sheets, title blocks.
• Model coordination, clash detection.
• Site visits from time to time, when needed.

Do you Fit the Bill?

To be considered, we are lookig for candidates with:

• Minimum 3 years in a BIM Modeller / BIM Technician or similar position.
• MEP experience, preferably on Electrical systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion alarm systems are highly beneficial).
• Large scale project experience - Data Centre, Commercial, Pharma or similar.
