Duties and Responsibilities:

• Production of Level 2 BIM models and drawings as instructed by BIM Modelling / Data Capture
  Manager.
• Provide BIM models and drawings to support the Built Environment disciplines.
• Support upkeep of facility “AS Built/Record” models / drawings.
• Liaise with customer to confirm requirements.

Qualification and Experience:

• A comprehensive knowledge of 3D services co-ordination and point-cloud manipulation.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO (phone number removed) & ISO (phone number removed).
• Good presentation skills and ability to manipulate data sets.
• Extensive understanding of working in a Common Data Environment (CDE) such as BIM360/ACC.
• Extensive experience of producing BIM level 2 Models & families
