What you’ll be doing
- Competently apply technical & practical skills interpreting designs into construction details.
- Responsible for the translation of designs into computational scripts and data management processes, and onto buildable construction details.
- Creating and maintaining 2D construction drawings and 3D models.
- Develop and maintain specialist ability in Autodesk packages such as Civil3D and Revit.
- Attending site to carry out surveys and capture digital measurements to produce as-built drawings.
- Assist with the client design change review process.
- Production and management of client design deliverables.
- Review client IFC drawings.
- Review 3D designs and provide recommendations.
- Assist in Value engineering feasibility studies.
- Assist the Commercial team with quantities.
- This role may require occasional travel across EMEA.

What we’re looking for
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Data Centres would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with structural works would be advantageous, but not essential.
