This energy and building services design consultancy is searching for an MEP BIM Technician to join their team in Leeds, ideally someone with a few years’ experience in a similar role, or an understanding of BIM gained through university. They offer a range of specialist services including MEP design, Building Information Modelling and Building Physics to name a few and have been established in the North of England for the last 15 years.
Due to the fact all of their 4 offices work very collaboratively, and they have Senior BIM individuals in each office from whom you can work very closely with to progress, we are considering candidates based in Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle.

What they are looking for in a successful MEP BIM Technician:
- BIM specific degree or proven experience in MEP BIM.
- Familiar with software packages such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- High quality oral and written communications.

- Desire to develop their career in Building Services Design.
