RECEPTION / BISTRO ASSISTANT
At Springfield Care Villages we've been providing kind, compassionate care in beautiful, uplifting, award winning environments for over 50 years and we're looking for a bank reception / bistro assistant to join us at Harcourt Gardens in Harrogate. About the Role
Our Reception / Bistro Assistants play a key role in ensuring our residents and visitors enjoy high-quality of service at all times. You'll help us deliver the highest quality person-centred care and work closely with our care teams. And like us, you'll always want to do the best you can and constantly look for ways to improve. You will ensure a warm, friendly atmosphere whilst promoting dignity and choice at all times. And will support the residents and visitors to enjoy quality time in a communal environment that is clean, well maintained, comfortable and attractive.
About You
Naturally, you're a caring person, and preferably have experience in the customer facing field. We can help with training on specific skills.
You're driven to provide consistently high-quality food and drink that meets required needs and preferences. You have a meticulous attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. You're friendly, approachable and have excellent communication skills. You’re a team player, who's outstanding in your own field with bucket loads of respect for your colleagues.

Our dining rooms and restaurants serve delicious and nutritionally balanced meals all prepared by our experienced chefs.
