Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated BMS Commissioning Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BMS systems, excellent technical skills, and a passion for ensuring systems are commissioned to the highest standards. This role involves working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful commissioning and handover of BMS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and protocols.
• Perform functional testing of BMS hardware and software to ensure systems operate as designed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during the commissioning process.
• Collaborate with project teams to review design documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
• Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BMS commissioning or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation.
• Proficiency in BMS software and programming languages (e.g., Tridium, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
